Remodeled recently including: Newer roof and windows, stucco, granite counters and maple cabinets in kitchen, newer appliances, remodeled baths ( hall partial, master - fully ), extensive tiled flooring, large baseboards, interior and exterior paint, crown molding, slider off master to lush, fully landscaped yard. Home has ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room. Central heating and newer garage door and opener. Extensive concrete work and much more! Private back yard. Sorry, spa does not stay with home. Must see to appreciate how nice this home is inside and out!
