Have clients that don't mind some work and elbow grease to get the Oak Hills home they've always wanted? This 4BD/2ba home will be just perfect for them. It has good bones, but it is showing its age a bit. The fireplace is wall to wall, one bathroom has been redone, and the carpet looks to be in good condition. The backyard has a number of oaks, fruit trees and has room for a garden, too. There's also a working spa and a large water storage tank--just in case el nino doesn't show up. Washer/Dryer do not convey.
